Peter’s area of expertise and experience is Foreign Investment in the ten countries of South East Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Lao PDR and Myanmar) and India, including negotiating, structuring and implementing complex entry and exit strategies for investors and those seeking to carry on business in those countries as well as other related corporate advisory activities such as mergers and acquisitions.
