Jonathan Downes has BSc(Geo) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG) and AGA (Australian Geothermal Association). Jonathan has an extensive track record spanning over 30 years in the mineral and energy sectors (FFI). His expertise lies in project identification and development, with a diverse background encompassing both geological and corporate roles.
Jonathan has experience with various commodities, including nickel, gold, base metals, and energy solutions. Throughout his career, he has played a role in numerous private and public capital raisings to secure funding for strategic initiatives, exploration and mine development. Jonathan has been a founding director of Moly Mines Ltd, Ironbark Zinc Limited, Galena Mining Limited, Wolf Minerals Ltd and Siberia Mining Corporation Ltd.
