James Warren

Dr. Warren is a highly regarded exploration geologist and mining executive with over 15 years’ experience spanning mineral discovery, project development, and corporate strategy across Australia’s resource sector. He holds a PhD in Geology from the University of Western Australia and has led exploration teams across a range of commodities including gold, copper, and critical minerals.

Dr. Warren has held key leadership roles at a number of ASX-listed and private exploration companies, including Executive Director at Omnia Metals Group, Chief Technical Officer at Marquee Resources, and Exploration Manager at Echo Resources, where he contributed to the company’s significant resource growth and its subsequent $240 million acquisition by Northern Star Resources.

He is credited with the early-stage development of the West Arunta IOCG Project and has built a reputation for identifying underexplored geological terrains, executing value-driven exploration strategies, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
